LED vs HPS

what one would you choose to put in a 2x2x5 grow tent with just a single plant.
which is hotter led or hps? and do the led lights stay cool like cfls?

led generate quite a bit of heat, but not as much as hps. u will need good airflow, fresh air at the bottom, exhaust at the top. Go with around 160-200 watts LED light. (actual draw)
