i see on ebay that they have LED lights really cheap i was wondering if these work..?

LEDs blow a goat!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
completely worthless and anyone that says they are good ... ask them to see a picture of their grow op. noone has yet to come on here claiming LEDs are good and actually post up pics ... they just talk shit about how great they are and never back it up..... at least the CFL growers can and do post up pics

CFL's if your on a budget, they screw into a normal light socket. Try to get about a 42 watt and get a few according to the amount of plants you have.

I agree, LED technology hasn't really gotten there yet.

No pics of plants under LEDs, and only a couple of people like them, but those people haven't tried ANYTHING else.

LED's work - but you need LOADs of them. don't get huge amounts from them but ther safe have a look at LED Grow Lights - Home

got bored an added a red enviro so pics arent accurate of LED only

they also take longer (hence the getin bored of experiment)

good if really para bout copters x

If your paranoid about copters, you could get some infared shielding, it's expensive, but I like it to protect my 4th Amendment rights.
