LED Lighting for seedlings help please

hi can anyone please recommend a really good LED setup for seedlings. We are new to indoor growing and are having problems sorting out the wheat from the chaff with this and would be grateful for some recommendations
We had them under 2 24w cfl bulbs in a small reflector box my wife made but we noticed that they seemed to be going yellowish and we pulled them and a couple of clones out as we were worried they might die
We have been looking at reading lamp type LED lights on ebay and similar sites but are unsure which of those grow lights would be good for seedlings
We are just looking to start perhaps a dozen at a time - if anyone can recommend a good setup we would be extremely grateful
Thanks

Are you looking only to start seedlings? And then put them outdoors, or under a bigger light indoors you already have? It would help to have a littler more info. A lot of people use florescents for seedlings...I use to, but now I use a cheap 300 watt rated Chinese LED light now, for starting and veg growth.

Yellowish is probably due to too much water or crappy soil.

They will be going into tent with bigger lights. Once we are established will probably clone but in the meantime got some seeds to do some with them. This will be our second lot, got started with some clones but would like to do some right from start
