So I have followed the boards off and on for years and have a scrog grow I did a few years ago. Went awesome. Im ready to have another go around but this time I wanna do LED lights for the lower heat and lower electricity cost. For now I just need a 2x2 area with a scrog setup. What would you guys suggest is a good led for that.

Samsung LED Strips. 4-5 of the 22" single row strips, glued to aluminum channel or .601 profile heatsinks. Powered with a Meanwell LRS-150-24 power supply.

Is there a post showing about where to get and assemble everything? I was more hoping for something plug and play but if there is a how to then I'll do that no prob. I did a quick search on here and didn't really see a how to. Ill check google too.

Strips are available from Digikey.com or Arrow.com. The .601 profile is available from HeatsinkUSA.com. The LRS-150-24 is available from onlinemeanwell.com. The 3/4 x 3/4 by 1/16 angle aluminum is available at most any hardware store. Glue used to attach the strips to the heatsink is Arctic Silver Thermal Adhesive, a two part epoxy. You can make your own Thermal Adhesive just by mixing regular Arctic Silver 5 compound with JB Weld.

There's really not much to assembly - glue the strips to the heatsinks, frame them together with the angle aluminum, attach your wiring. Easy peasy.
