What's your budget and current airflow in/out? Plant count?

100W-150W would be what I'd shoot for, depends a bit on how you go about it. I'm assuming since you mentioned a cab that you have limited head room.

If you want to keep heat down, I would not do 5W LED's, and an ok 3W panel will cost less.

I have about 3.5 feet head room and I have two micro fans and a carbon scrubber. I also only scrog 1 plant and I want to spend no more than like $300

Kessil H350 + like 4x23W CFL's (~170W total), veg under CFL's(6500K), bloom under LED + CFL(2700K)

Best price I've seen is on grower's house, and I have no affiliations with them.

That would fit under your budget, but I'm sure there are at least a dozen viable options for you.

Not gonna use multiple bulbs... I just need 1 rectangular LED

The above option will work well as will http://www.bonsaihero.com/ledgrow.html I'm not sure which would be better - Kessil H350 magenta with fluorescent or the Hans panel...a little fluorescent is not a bad thing. The grow that I'm trying now has replaced fluorescent with some white LEDs...we'll see but it does look good so far...but then veg is much easier than flower....

If you have time and want best bang for buck, go straight to the source. Most of the small hydroponic places you order this lights from Alibaba.com and put their own brand stickers on it and jack up the prices. I know for a fact lighthouse hydro does that with their "Blackstar" LEDs...

For S & G, I contacted a LED supplier on Alibaba and got a price list, cheapest light on the list I put the specs below. I also picked the option to have Alibaba go and get quotes themselves. I recieved other quotes but have mot looked at them in depth, but I bet you could also haggle and get the below for about $200 flat:

$245
Input Voltage:AC100-240V
Rate Power: 185~200W
Power factor:≥0.9
Fixture Size: 504mm*254mm*50mm
2nd Lens: 1 2 0 °(60°,90° optional)
Material: Iron
LED Type: 100pcs*3 watt LED(4 Channels with Remote)

N.W(KGS): 5.68KG(Light fixture) +1.26KG(Power Supply)
Color ratio:DR(660nm):R(630nm):B(455nm):CW(12000K):W(6000K):UV(410nm):IR(850nm)=
30:32:16:12:6:2:2

It has 4 mode which you can have custom programmed by the manufacture. They come with preset Veg, flower, crop, and DiY modes but if you wanted lets say more red in flower mode they can make custom spectrum. Also it seems the new thing is to put WiFi on the led lights so you can change the mode via remote, that is already built into this light. All pieces have 3 year warranty, and if you pay with the escrow option they supplier doesn't actually get paid until you have a working LED light in hand.

When I upgrade to LED I am going straight to China via Alibaba
