Simple. It's all plug and play. So once it's together just get any string to Hang it up.
Is there a way to calculate how much cob wattage for the size of a tent (3.3x3.3x6)? Would like to supplement my LED with a Cob set but eventually replace the leds altogether.

There are lots of vg choices. I have enjoyed excellent results with various Amare technology panels

Im about to buy a cob setup and was thinking of getting a linear set rather than a square configuration. Would I lose a lot of performance by having a linear cob light?

anyone run or seen a fluence?

haven't grown in a while.. but last I remember that's about as close to a perfect light as I can think.. multiple LED, spaced out.. problem I think is not enough single reds but who am I to know.. also as every light out there is, high intensity in the middle, low on the outer, but I like their design to blanket the tops / even do some vertical or inter canopy if that's your thing

I just wonder about the light intensity, I don't believe they can achieve 1200-1500+ PPFD with the bar system as the wattage is too weak

the osram zelion looks pretty crazy also, hate the small shape but commercial greenhouse guys aren't growing pot, they grow tomatoes and shit,, haha. but they have super high umol/s ( 2.4 ) and a controller to dim lights I believe which actually is a crazy greenhouse controller. the more white unit is 1.8-2.0 umol/s ..

I would love a fluence spydr Just so many good options out there I've never gotten around to getting one.

i agree that fluence is at the top of premade fixtures. great stuff.

their design excels not only in efficiency but design. they understand that wide arrays with uniform coverage win... just like your cob array

Why don't they list the VF only drive current? Why would you make a chart showing all that data without the VF????

IZIT?
A.To give you something to whine about today.
B. To force you to find and dig through their 16 page data-sheets they produced for each LED type and model and is probably another reason why LedEngin has always been on the overpriced side.
C. Maybe because their thinking is along the lines of that they're monos and their Vf is roughly in line with other semiconductor materials so......
D. They're hiding something.
E. Most of the above:).
