What ya got on this piece? I was checking them out and I'd like to know if anyone has gotten their hands on one of these and what good it might be?

Eerily similar to a kessil h350. I'd get a kessil over the comet. Only place I see the comet for sale is hidhut.com for $350, whereas the h350 goes for cheaper elsewhere:

You can do 1-2 plants depending on size under the h350.
