LED Bulbs For Flowering and Veg

Hey everyone,


Quick question. I have a Veg LED light and a Flowering LED light. Which option is the best below?


Use both the Veg and Flower for both cycles?


Or just use the Veg for Veg and the Flowering for Flowering?


Or a combo of the two?


Is more light better no matter what type it is or not? Is there even a thing as too much light?


Any help would be great.

I'd probably use the veg one for early on when they are seedlings and as they turned into teens I would add the flowering light as well. Obviously you can just use only the veg light throughout veg but adding the other light will certainly increase the rate of growth. I would use both lights at the same time for flowering for sure. This is all under the assumption that are using the same space to veg as you are to flower.

My opinion: there is no such thing as too much light.
