LED 4x4 grow question

BREAK DOWN:
4X4X6.5 TENT
144w LEDX4 .
2X4 can fan
Three 6inch ossalating fans
On a speed controled .

Ok after watching The grow Bosses vidoes .i have. Conculded that

I may have been giveing my plants way too much light way to early
so my question is.
what are the suttal sighns that my girls require more light ?
And is there a differance in sativea indaca and high breds

How close are the lights?

I sprout seeds under a 300watt. 48" from the surface of the light.

Edit: I take that back. Bought a wire shelf to sit the pots on. They sprout in the 37" range. Stationary light. It doesn't get lowered.

What exact lights are you using?
What makes you think you have been giving them too much light?

Signs they are not getting enough light, slow growth, poor flower formation, take ages to mature buds.

Well tomuch light leads to skinny leaves ..a almost minutureization. ...
And skimppy havest ..
Marshydro300 ...please keep in mind my first grow i started woth a hps600 w sp the plant i put all four lamps where very well devloped and grew like mad under my new lamps

Well now im sprouting window side ....my plan is to only run one of my 4 144 leds in sted of running all of them the is very little light loss in my tent ...and to ancerwe your question my lights are 4 inches down from the cieling of my tent and my pots sit on the dloor of the tent .
