LED 100W in 2x2 minimum Yield?

Hi guys,

Looking at these quantum boards ~100W like SF1000 or TS1000 for a 2x2 tent.

How much yield can I expect? Realistically speaking.

I'm not looking for "optimal" yields like the 2.5g/w advertised by these lights.

Also not looking optimal/different setups, so, thanks for all the advices you might have, but in this thread I'm looking for the reasonable yield for this specific scenario:

2 plants in 5gal/18L pots with some scrog in a 2x2 tent with a full spectrum LED light around 100W.

Also please tell me if you are referring to Autos or Photos.

And please, if you have no experience with this particular setup, please give the space for other that can give a realistic answer :)

Cheers everybody!

Get boards with Samsung LM301 leds, they are the most efficient atm for price, I believe. Yield also depends on pot size and plant but I would guess around 50g in a 11l pot

Given your experience level I’m gonna guess you will yield 2 ozs after five months
What do you mean by my experience level? With LED lights?

I do outdoor guerilla for quite some time, and also supported a few indoor grows, but always with completely different setups. Bigger tents/closets and HPS only.

I am just finishing my first grow. I used a TS1000. The grow journal is in my signature.
Nice, I'll check it out

People buying lights for a small tent aren't usually experienced
And that is one small tent

Even with loads of skills it is hard to manage

At 100w you're looking at 25 watt per sq ft this is the lower end of what I would consider optimal 30-35 w, per sq ft is what I like but that's just me next factor is strain choice a good sativa dominant hybrid should give you 3-4 oz just my opinion I've never grown in a 2x2 I m not sure if you have the light yet but would serious consider 120-150 watt not trying to down the 100w as I've done 200w in a 3x3 & got decent results so I'm sure what you've got in mind is workable good luck & keep us posted I have a fascination with smaller setups & the results people get sometimes is surprising

Nobody knows exactly due to all of the variables involved and as a result the best you can hope for is a "educated guess". Time will give you the best answer.
I know, I'm just trying to filter real/serious guesses from spammers like the guy after you saying a pound...
Bout a pound!

I'm asking for an average/realistic yield you guys experienced with this specific/very similar setup. Not discussing my experience, nor having guesses according to my experience. But thanks anyway.

Interesting inputs on this one. I do not have a light yet, do you recommend any around 150W? (In good price/quality ratio like SF1000/TS1000)

How tall is your 2x2? A taller plant will yield more. Imo 4' and lower is pointless.

In your position I'd look into autos; with longer lights on hours the plant gets more light so 25w / ft goes a bit longer. It's also easier to control climate if your light is always on. I'd start a bunch and remove any that grows slow until you got 2-3 with decent growth and flower them out. Yield?? Your guess is as good as mine but it's always gonna be bout that pound ✌
