Leaving jars alone for a month

Hey, I had a harvest a couple of weeks ago and dried and jared the weed, but 2 jars still get 63-64 humidity from time to time, and whenever I see that I burped them until they reached 60-61. Now I had to go visit a family and my girlfriend is watching over them but she needs to go away too so no one will be able to burp the jars. Will I get mold? What's the move here? Should I stop the cure? If so how would one stop curing the best way possible? Would just putting the jars in the fridge be better? IDK any help is appreciated

I have not seen them go over 65 for a while but thats probably because I opened them to smoke or burped them

Do you pull your buds out of the jar or just burp? If not, you should try pulling buds out and air them for maybe a half our a day until the last person has to leave or until you achieve your desired water content.
Good luck.

I really only take them out when I see 70 RH, havent gotten mold yet. Do you think I should always take them out even when its flowing around 63-65?

Tossing it in the freezer seems like the safest bet, it helps a bit to let it come back up to room temp while still sealed.

I'd rather have my bud get a little too dry (interrupting the cure potentially depending on timing of) than to go moldy in the jars. I'd sacrifice the quality a bit rather than lose the harvest if left with no better choice. I'd also suggest trying the boveda/integra path as that's worked for me in the past though some will say it impacts the smell/flavor (I'm not in that camp myself, but using brand new packs would be your best bet imo).

I was told boveda packs at 62% were the best route. So I would assume low 60s is fine in a jar. I hope so atleast cause I bought a box of 62% boveda packs for my curing stage.
