leaves yellowing, what do i do?

haven't had any added nutrients yet,
growing in same kind of soil ive grown many healthy plants from,
were under a 150 watt hps probably 7 inches from it, wondering if this could be burnt from that???
take a look, what do you think its from?

It looks like a heat burnt leaf to me.

ok so should i keep the hps light higher from it? i heard that having it high makes them tall and not bushy cuz they stretch towards the light

it looks to me like water was on the en of the leaf and the light burnt where the water was,

Do you have any florescent lighting that you can put on top of that untill it gets a little bigger? It would keep the stretching down until its mature enough to put your hps that close.

yah ive got it on a flourescent right now, and as for temp im not sure i cant find a gauge to put in there right now..
