    Though if its toxicity.......?
I think by your description you may have toxicity.
But, make sure you adjust ph first. Before ec. Everytime. Otherwise youll get lockouts and toxicity anyway.
    Peace

If your in coco, thats about as high ph as id go.
#1 Rule with DTW. Match your runoff ph to whats going in.
#2 Match your runoff ec to just a touch, touch under whats going in.
Most important is the ph. Because if your ph is out, you could have the perfect nutrient ratio, and still lock out. Its just how it is.
    I run 100% coco DTW

So their in Geo pots and the water runs to source pans at the bottom should I test the run of water and then match my nutrient ph the same?

Absolutely, absolutely, absolutely. I cant stress this enough.
Think of your coco as your reservoir. You are topping off and adjusting all the time. Just like hydro
    Hope this helps

The leaves do look dark but that may just be the lighting. There is no glossyness or nitrogen claw.
Never water soil on any kind of scedule. You will end up over or under watering every timeThe longer they are in a pot the more often it will need watered. If you do any defoilating or lolypoping that lessens resperation the soil will stay wet longer. Humidity changes effect the resperation also. To many factors that change on a day to day/ week to week to follow a scedule
