Leaves turning dark/black but still looks healthy. What's going on? (Includes Pic)

Not sure if this is a problem or not but one of my two and a half week old plants has turned a darkish/black on the two bottom leaves. Is this odd?

Also is it a good idea to cut the bottom leaves off a 2-3 weeks old plant because they're looking yellowish to divert growth to other leaves? (See second photo)

what are the temps in your room? what soil are you using? pH levels? there could be several things causing your symptoms. do you know the plants genetics?

Temp is low of 70F to a high of 82F.
Soil has 0.4-0.4-0.4 for nutrients
ph levels are 7
RH of 33%

Plant is supposed to be pineapple kush but that cannot be verified.

It's only one plant that is doing this, so it's a bit out of the ordinary.

how often are you watering? what size pot is it in? if it in a small pot, after 3 weeks its likely the plant has used up most of the available and needs some fertilizer. dont start with more than 1/4 strength of a balanced fert. you can use a N rich fert but the balanced one would benefit the plant more at this point. if its in a large pot then you are most likely over watering. a pH of 7 is a little high, but not horrible. is that the pH of the soil or the pH of your water? if its the water, check the runoff to be sure your soil is in check.

your temp is too low thats where the purpling comes from, or your nuting it already that also will cause the burning as well as the purpling. another option the genes of the seed was bad. Pe@ce.

His high is 82 and low is 70.... he is well in range of growing. I suspect that low might be causing it, but it would need to be colder than 70 to inhibit the intake of phosphorous I would think. Even so, reaching 82 with lights on would correct that, IF there was P in the soil...

What kind of light are you using and how old is this plant?

that plant looks just like my Vanilla Kush, almost to a tee....

The plants are held in Beer Cups
I've yet to use nutrients
I give a thorough watering every 4 days.
The PH was for the soil not the water.
I leave the water to sit in a bin over night to remove and Cl-
I'm also using a LED light eq. to a 400W MH bulb and 2 150W CFLs in the 5000K range.
