Leaves lookin hella weird can somebody check this out for me

my blueberry skunk plant - all organic i feed a tea every week sometimes twice a week. I have never had problems from that. 3 gallon pot, under a 430w hps and its 3 weeks into flowering.
Any feedback is appreciated.

Bat guano 4-26-1 , Kelp meal, worm castings, and i add abbout a half tbsp of blood meal per gallon (in powder form) along with some molasses. All 1 tbsp per gallon!
Temps stay inbetween 26-30 degreees celcius and I have the reflector at a height where the leaves dont burn.
 
Ph of soil is normally 6 or 7. I dont usually check it because it hasnt been a problem. The water that i use is tap water that i let sit for a day or two. All additives in tea are 1 tbsp per gallon as Ive read all over so im stuck here
 
Too hot and prob too close to light, raise it and see if this helps. Also temps cant be 30 bro , 26 -27 at worst.
 
Is it? I thought it was fine since outside it gets in mid thirtys quite often in summer. O well looks like I need to get a better fan, I got a shit inline fan right now but I usually
leave my tent open since I'm home all the time and that deals with my temperature problem.
 
Also I have an oscilating fan that is pointed in the gap between the top of the plants and the reflector so I thought maybe that
might help keep the plants a bit cooler and prevent from burning.

Not from sun up till sun down and it cools down more at night and in Autumn while flowering its av 25. Get the temps down with a ducted exhaust fan and/or air con or get soft spindly poor quality buds.

Ok ! I do not want soft shitty buds I want those rock hard sexy lookin ones! Im going to order a vortex inline fan and hook that bitch up.

if you can only vent out the window ,shove a thick piece of cardboard into window frame with a hole in it to fit ducting.
