Leaves Falling off and Yellow & Brown Damage

Strain: G-13 (maybe a hybrid)
In Flowering
400 watt HPS about 18" from the plants
6.0 ph - Light yellow/hint of orange colored (not exact, using chemicals to test right now, no meter)
18 gal reservoir, Distilled water (adjusted)
Ebb & flow system, 15 min 3x day
GH Flora Series Nutrients, recently changed to Bloom phase @ 75% strength
11-12 week old clones, four in one tray

I recently had a bug problem so I did the following:
1. Sprayed with a foliage insecticide (did not work)
2. Put a mosquito dunk in the reservoir
3. Flushed with an insecticide to get the roots (Bayer Fruit, Citrus & Veg)
4. Hung a sticky fly trap
5. Lots my mind! Nothing worked and there were still bugs
6. Fogged (food grade)
7. Added Azra Max to the reservoir (2 oz.)

The bugs seem to be gone now (no new holes) but I have a new problem since treating the plants. I am not sure what is causing this at all so I have watered down my reservoir with 4 gallons of pure water to dilute.

1. There are handfulls of dead leaves daily, as pictured
2. Brown and yellow damage, the yellow being oddly raised in some spots, as pictured

Anyone have any ideas?

Sometimes the cure for a problem are as bad as the pests you are trying to get rid of. I am not very familiar with hydro, but the damage just looks topical. I think they will recover if the infestation is gone.

I was thinking that was part of the problem, but I also just noticed that the new growth (leaves, at least) look small and are lightly colored yellow, especially on the veins. I am starting to think they are actually UNDER fertilized? Here is a new picture, the color is off (darn light!), but you can clearly see how much lighter it is that the older growth underneath.

Also, I have had trouble keeping the PH in balance. I keep having to add acid to keep it right. Yesterday I probably had to add about 30 mil just to get it from bright yellow to a mild yellow/lt. orange.

Anyone else think I should give them some more nutes?

It is hard to tell in that light. If you think the PPM should be raised to add more nutrients, go for it. In the end, your opinion is the one that matters. I know that when I was using the Flora Nova, I went with 100% the rec. rate, but I was growing in soil at the time.
