Leaves Droopy, Don't Know Why

I am growing some autoflowering plants. They have been doing fine, but the leaves on two of the plants just started drooping and its getting worse. I'd like to fix the problem before it becomes too serious. They also seem to be losing their nice green color and turning more yellowish. Its the leaves closest to the top of the plants.

I am growing in my closet with a 250W Switchable Ballast. I just switched from MH to HPS, but I don't think the extra light is a problem because they were droopy before the switch.

I used to water every two days, and I just switch to every three days. There was no signs of overwatering when I watered more frequently, so I don't think that would be the culprit now that I wait an extra day to water.

The temp is just fine. I just started feeding with FF nutes. Used quarter strength two waterings ago and they took it fine, used no nutes the last watering, and I will be using half strength the next watering. Oh and I'm growing in FF Ocean Forest or whatever its called in two gallon pots.

I do have these little flies everywhere. I'm pretty sure they are not fruit flies. I don't know what they are, they just look like little gnats. They kinda just chill on the leaves and on top of the soil, but they don't seem to be eating anything, so I don't know if they're causing any problems.

What could my problem be? Anyone have any suggestions?

My shitty camera can't handle taking decent pics with the HPS on, so I'll try to put some up after it switches off

I just moved the light up a few inches. I also turned it off, misted to cool them off and let them dry off, then put the light back on. Did that to see if it was the light intensity. I guess I'll see if they do better. I don't think that was the problem, so any suggestions are still greatly appreciated.

No one has any advice? I know its not nute deficient because I'm growing in FoxFarms soil and they're not that old, plus I have fed. Light/heat isn't a problem.

The leaves are still wilting and still getting worse. Also, the edges of the leaves seem to have a metallic look to them. I read this can be caused by thrips, but I don't have thrips.

Can someone please give me some ideas?

i don't grow soil but i'll take a whack at it.

i think the gnats are your problem. even though you don't see them eating the plants they still multiply, aren't you curious as to how they're doing that?

a quick wiki search shows me that most gnats are larval plant eaters, and since you don't see anything on the stem or leaves, they are the type that put their larva in the roots. they could be fungus gnats, but the important thing is that they are not helping your grow, and probably the culprit in this situation.

the basic idea of how to get rid of them looks like creating a sheet of soap so that they can't get into the soil. and make sure it's not antibacterial as stated in the link above, or else you'll hurt your grow.

so now i'm 99.999999999999% sure this is your problem because everything else sounds fine. there's not very many bugs that actually help plants.

i keep any and all bugs off my ladies, except ladybugs they're cool. if any others are even within 10 feet of my babies and i find out they're herbivorous, it's war. i get my swatter, my spray, my face paint and of course a ranged weapon like my throwing knives. i call up my girlfriend and in my stern leonidas voice tell her that i have some serious business to take care of and that i'll be unavailable. i yell or laugh loudly with every kill to get that intimidation factor in. it looks like a fucking lord of the rings movie when i'm taking out bugs dude. you should do the same.

they are the problem, and they're destroying what you're creating! so DRIVE THEM TO EXTINCTION!!! make an example of them for other pests!! don't even pick up the dead bodies, to show future bugs you don't fuck around.
