I get to my spot to check on my girls and notice there leaves are starting to droop.are they ok?

I wouldn't worry about it mate, it is most likely over watering. They're very sensitive to it at that age. How much are you watering them?

about every other day.whenever they feel real light

hmm that's probably too much, what size are the pots in the tray? They look about the same as the ones i used at the start if my current grow and at that age i was watering about every 3 days. try backing off the watering, it's hard to gauge when to water by the weight when they're in those tiny pots especially if they're in a tray.
