Leaves curling up...no spots/not dry/growing everyday... What gives?!

So i started this thread becuase i have rolling upwards/curling leaves HOWEVER, plants growing everyday. Started Nov 5th. no dry tips no spots no bugs leaves feel strong and healthy to the touch, smelling like fresh vegitation. auto flower 'critical jack' from my local despensary. They haven't seen this behaviour on this strain growing it in the past.
tent is 5'x5'x7'
blackstar 240w LED light about 18" above 18HRS on 6 HRS off
ROOM TEMP: 71.6low - 76.7high=daytime 74.2
RH: 34%low - 48%high=daytime 40% steady give or take a lil with a small humidifier inside
promix soil the one that drains quicker, 12" pots
PH=5 - 6 H20 no higher that 6.5
Lil over a gallon H2O with: (10ml of CAL-MAG 2-0-0) + (10ml PUREBLEND 3-2-4) + (10ml LIQUID KARMA 0.1-0.1-0.5) (ALL BOTANICARE) every couple days i add a cup or two. luke warm H2O
I construsted a home made CO2 generator with water sugar and yest filtered with a large cup of water and i have that in the center of the pots bubbling.

I use a seperate pot that's full of dry soil weighing them using the difference as a guide, so i dont over water. Besides that other medical growers i've spoken to have no input for me maybe someone online can lend me a hand.

i have this problem when i was growing my plants under 400w hps lamp, so what i think, it is from heat

but also i now that led don't produce heat, so.....

looks to me overwatering or too much water. I had the same problem, reduced my water, then about a week later curl is gone. nice rig bro and great job of posting your rig details to get the overall picture.

This was the first thing that i was told from my friends at the dispensary. however after not watering for about five days after being informed. i weighed them today. Dry pot weighs in at 5kg watered 2&1/2cups H2O pot with plant weighs 7kg And there was zero run off...

The leaf curl shown looks to be from low humidity.

Outer edges curl in!

Now this can be overall room RH or it could be simply an oscillating fan positioned too close to that area which causes lower RH at the leaf surface.

Is the plant close to an oscillating fan?

indeed my air intake fan blows on them. i added another one thinking it would dry out the soil faster and the RH lowered. the apt is dry that's why added the small humidifier but i thnk it has an auto level it cuts out on i just haven't looked in to the maunal to find out but even with the it on high, i have trouble getting past 40%. you turn the shower on, and it goes to 50%RH but drops slowly.
So i moved everything further away from the blowing air... pics show best i'm standing two feet from the entrance. plants are two feet away from fan but the black one on the right is only pushing air upright now. the bottom one is turned off. plants seems to sway just from the air flow created. could it be that the airs too cool? would that make them suffer? cool air? im betting 65 degrees i doubts its lower unless theres a draft coming from my living room and it is much cooler. ill have to look in to the air temp there...

Try to redirect your intake air and it should stop the curl.

As your plants grow your RH will increase so the humidifier may not be required in a couple of weeks.

So after a few days and changing the air flow so its not blowing directly on my lovely ladies. They have perked up and kept on growing leaves have straightened out, healthy and strong. I'm looking in to building a current culture system next post that up as soon as its underway. Thanks for the advice J!
question
can i use Lowes blue buckets for this system? blue reflects well however i'm affraid of light seepage and mold. advice?!
