Leaves curling down no humidity

Hi, i have just started my first grow one week ago and some of my plants leaves are curling down and curling in from the sides. I cant get a humidity reading min/max showing zero, and im flooding twice a day with a iws flood and drain - whats going on !

Twice a day was way way too much man, the drooping of the leaves shows this(over-watering)

As to the curling in, it is usually a sign of heat stress. Pics would also help.

I think you might be right, the temp has been upto 41.5 got it down to 32-34 and some of the plants leaves seem very dry

I have fans on full belt and an oscillating fan but cant get temp down any more. how can i get some humidity in the room

Soak some towels(paper or cloth) and hang them around the room, this should help increase the humidity.

Note: Make sure they arent near the lights, you dont want a fire =)

32C I assume? If so that way too hot for your babies and is definitely the cause of the curling.

Plants (ideally) need the temp to be between 21C-27C(75F-81F), you have any ventilation?
