info:

this is my first grow, as i am a new MMJ patient. these are the first three plants to flower, and have been in 12/12 for about 4 weeks. i water/feed them every monday and friday. their water is between 6 and 7 pH. they are under 2 x 400W HPS. the temp fluctuates from around 70 to 80 in the room.

they are an unknown strain, started from seed, and have all been topped and/or pinched and bent to keep them shortish. the plant on the left just keep stretching (or something) and the plant on the right has been cupping its leaves in the past few days. the middle one is just gorgeous.

?tion:

i am most curious about the cupping. i find it strange that these sisters are behaving so differently with the same treatment. any idea why the leaves are getting so upturned?

how close are your plants to the light? it could be that the radiant heat from the lights are burning your plants, plus it looks like you may be over watering/feeding. if the lower leaves look ok and aren't cupping up, try moving the light a bit higher.

thanks for the reply!

all of the plants tops are 12-14 in from the bulbs. a powerful fan circulates the air around the plants and lights 24-7.
