Leaves burnt half way down and one middle leaf burned all the way down?? Never seen this

Should I remove this leave because of this?

Wtf Is this can leaves burn like this Completely take out a whole leaf finger or half of one? I only noticed a few tips this color the past few days but not whole chunks out leafs gone

Looks like bug damage, I'd say you may need to deal with the beetles.
