whenever you have problems like this the answer is usually flush, check your soil pH(just to keep from more problems), then try to get back to your normal nutrient feedings. from the looks of it you may need to try out different nutrients.

i did a flush about a week ago, it hasnt improved much

no.......plenty of P in there. its locked-out, i believe. adding it won't help. over-watering/poor drainage is a common cause. alkaline soil can do it. cold can, too.

im gonna go with scrog on the lockout, what pH water did you flush with anyway? just check everything, pH, make sure your not overwatering too(poke holes in the soil if so to help he wick out, especially after a flush so they arent smothered).

hold all feeds and hold water, until it droops a tad. really dry. if you don't un-lock the P, your plant is a dead duck.

add a tbs of garden lime, then. work it into top of soil, and then water in. that is on the low side, but not sure low enough to lock-out phos. was that run-off? or direct measure?

From my experience this happens to alot of strains during the flowering stage. I don't know if that is the case with yours though, but it didn't effect mine at all in the end. Is your plant root bound? That could be causing your problems if it is in a small pot. Just a thought.

pH was 6.2-6.3. i think my pH overall is too low, would that be a cause for this problem?

hmm when pH is too low it doesnt usually look like this, i think scrog might have a better idea of what the problem is honestly i havent dealt with lockouts for a while since i started using organics, i usually flushed then let them wick out a lot. you could be over watering, check the bottom holes of the pot before you feed next time, i check moisture by poking holes(it has many uses honestly), if the hole collapses then its pretty dry, if it stays shes got some moisture. dont worry about breaking roots when you do this, any roots broken will be replaced by multiple roots much like how they react when topped. you can also tell by the leaves, when they want water they'll usually perk up a bit, i usually wait a day after they do so, maybe let em droop(like scrog said) before feeding so you know they really need it. droop can happen when theyre overwatered or dont have enough, so it can be a bit confusing sometimes.

im still vegging, and i guess it could be root bound, but its in a 7 gallon grow bag

that's the problem, i think. let it dry out. 7 gals of soil stays damp a LONG time. water less. cannabis needs to breathe between waterings.
