leafs turning upside down

Hi, I got a couple of girls just starting out about a month into Veg.

They have all shown there white Pistils

Just one of them, the fan leaves get really droopy, then the ones closer to the bottom, turn upside down.

Temps get a little crazy at times, ventillation isn't that great.

Any suggestions on how to fix?

photos would help more. Im a little confused on what you mean exactly. Whats your PH? Temp? Nutes? humidity

maybe thats where the light is. If the top is blocked by other leaves but underneath is really reflective I could see the leaf facing down.
