leafs seem to be clawring

I am growing white widow extr under a 600 watt hps
And i am growing in soil the ph is between 6.3 to and 6.5 my light is about 21"from the plant i dont think it is heat stress...because it is around 28 to 30 degreese...just wondering could any body help me

looks like a heat issue to me....when you say 21", are you saying inches or centimeters

your temps are a bit high but not outrageous
 
28 to 30 celsius is too high and pH of 6.3 is too low for soil. You should have your pH around 6.7 when you water but I think the bigger issue here is heat and lack of air movent...get a fan. Make sure you have lots of air circulation between the tops and the light and find a way to keep temps between 20C and 25C.
BTW if your humidity is below 40%, 30 degrees is really high!
