Hello!
First of all forgive me for my english..
I m growing indoor with flurocent 92watts cool sunlight. 18/6
Temp is 25-30 celsious
Huminity at 60%-70%
using rain water.
i recently transplating to a bigger pot.
It looks like ph burn to me. Most likely due to the fact you are using rain water. Get something to adjust the ph of your water. Either stop using rain water or make sure you test and treat the water first.
Also 60-70% humidity is too high. It won't be a problem until you are deep into flowering, but something you should address sooner rather then later.
Standard nute burn ...flush with air temperate Ph neutral water, 3 times the volume of the pot, allow to recover in dim light 1x day no nutes for 1-2 weeks or until you see an active recovery

IMO- you don't have nutrient burn. It does look like your pH is to low. pH of rain water is @5.6
get a soil pH meter there cheap. Then you can see where your soil is at.
or adjust the pH of your water, and nutrient solution
or add lime to your soil.
