Looks like an over fed plant to me.

Too much N and by the looks of your leaves 'cupping' it may be too hot in your grow or the lights are too close. You'll have to provide more details if you're looking for concrete answers.

It doesn't have any of the clawing associated with N toxicity though?

I would say we need a lot more information though to come to a conclusion.
