Leafs curling in flowering

Hey all I am in week 3 of flower and am having a issue with the leafs curling inwards and I am not sure what's going on temps have been steady 75 during lights on and between 65-70 when's lights are off I am using Gen Hydro lines of nuts any help would be much appreciated

They look really pale. Or could just be the pic as I see it.

How much gh, ml per gallon?
Feeding every time? Or feed, water, feed? Ec/ppm of nutes going in.

I think the pale look is coming from the dual arc bulb blue/red light they look nice and green under regular light if you look at this chart I am on week 6 not using straight water in between feeding fallowing the chart exactly my ppms has been around 630-650

Gotcha on lighting - they do seem healthy, just the curl.
Heat/Light stress and/or low humidity (vpd) can cause curling.
Calimagic could be needed, hopefully some pro mix growers will chime in.

Nice chart. Stupid question: the numbers in the per gallon row are ml, correct?

Thank you very much for your help il grab some calimagic and maybe get them a little further from the light incase it is a heat issue again thank you and Happy Holidays

Hold your hand at the canopy for 30 seconds. Does it feel hot? If not, its not too hot.
CalMag might be it ... but how often are you watering?
Do you ever let it get a little bit on the dry side?

Does ProMix have nutes already in it?
If so ... maybe adding more at 800ppm is too much?

I think it's over watering ...

No it dose not get to hot to keep my hand there I have a thermometer hanging just under the hood it dose not really ever get above 75

I am watering every 4 days or so I wait until the pot gets light I also use warror pots so they drain very well

My humidity is pretty low though

No the pro mix is about as pure as you can get and I dont add any additives to the soil or anything like that

OK, so then, it has to be over watering ... right?

I dunno if you answered this already, but, are you using hard sided pots? They don't dry as fast and they don't allow air circulation to the roots.
Next grow - try a smart pot.
Put it right next to your other plants and treat the same and see if you see a difference.

I use hard pots I have used them since they have been on the market and have never had issues with them

It maybe over watering anything is possible but I am leaning towards some other issue

ALSO after going down there and taking another look it's really only the 1 strain doing it and not the other

To my inexperienced eyes The first pictures you posted look only like only the upper leaves are curling. I'm guessing it is too hot / close to your light.
Now it looks like you how a calcium deficiency.

Still having a curling issues

Blue berry is having the curling issues

Skunk is having this new issue
Its mainly the leafs at the top or middle and just the big fan leads

I have attached pics showing how far my light is away from the plants and what my my room conditions are
