Leaf Yellowing Right Before Harvest?

Hey guys.. I've got 2 plants growing under a 250watt HPS, I didnt really keep track of dates, but I would guess between 40-48 days into flowering. I quit giving them nutes about 2 weeks ago, because at the time I thought it was about time to start leaching (now i know i was wrong..).. As of yesterday, they were perfectly healthy other than the occasional fan leaf yellowing on the bottom.. Then, this morning they both have yellow spots on them out of no where.. Does this look like a nutrient deficiency to you all, or is there another culprit? I'm not sure, as i havent seen spots like this before... thanks for any advice, pics attached blow ( the last picture is from about 5 days ago )
