Leaf tips curling up, not heat stress

Unique problem here. Plant is in mid flower. Located outdoors. Due to over cast and constant drizzle over the past few days it has been kept dry inside an open gazebo. I have added a supplemental 90w flowering led ufo. Temp has been between 11 - 15'C. It has been outside for a few weeks and has been happy.

Anyhow over the last few hours the upper cola's fan leaves have started curling up about 2" from the tips. No canoeing. Not heat stress. They are getting a bit brittle. ROLS medium. All organic compost teas and fresh water through it's life. Ph feedings kept between 6.2-7.2 depending on what nutrients are going in it. Last fed 3 days ago; organic banana peel tea w/ tblsp organic molasses, 1/2 tsp dolomite lime, 1/2 tsp epsom salt (4L) PH @ 6.2, run off at 7.0

LED is at ~ 6 inches away, small leaves are showing no symptoms, no light stress.

Soil is still damp from last feeding.

I don't think this is a fatal problem, I am just curious as this is a new one for me. Otherwise plant is healthy. No previous problems.

Sorry no pics. Busted camera. Not hard to imagine, simply look at your hand, palm up, fingers slightly curled up wards.

To wet......
Water like this. Stick finger in media up to the first knuckle. Feel damp? Don't water. Feel dry? Water.
The plant is trying to transpire at a faster rate to relieve the over watering...That tends to look like heat stress.

I kinda thought thats what it might be. I fed it, and left it outside, it started ranging that day, so it got left out in the rain that day. Moved it under shelter that night but its like >90% humidity outside the last week, and I figure it's having a time transpiring and using up that last watering. I weigh my plants prior to watering to make sure they are within their dry weight before watering again.

Thanks for the input dr. who
