Hey guys,
So my friend has an issue with his plant. Currently, it's about 3 weeks into flowering and looking very good overall, but he's noticed some slight discoloration to the leaves, little light green spots that, on some parts, turn into small holes. Additionally, the tips of lower leaves (and a few towards the top), seem to be curling upwards and turning brown.
A little info on the grow:
Indoor grow, watered thoroughly roughly once per week, with fertilizer every other week using Jobe's Organic Fertilizer for veg-early flower and now switched to Fox Farm Big Bloom for flower, grown in certified organic soil. Currently 48 days old from seed, 3 weeks into flower.
He's used organic fertilizer up to this point, so I don't see how nute burn could be the issue (I've heard organics don't cause nute burn, but correct me if I'm wrong, please). He didn't over or under-watered her, watering her only when needed using the old "knuckle deep dry = ready for water" rule, with purely distilled water. The temperatures are in the mid-high 70's at day and upper 60's to lower 70's at night. Lights aren't too close, and the closest leaves to the light aren't showing these issues, so heat stress seems unlikely as well.
Is it a possible deficiency of some kind? Can organics actually cause nute burn? Kind of going crazy here trying to figure out what's going down. Any help is appreciated.
PS: Sorry for the long post and bad photo... I can't get a good pic of the spotting but you can see the curled tips pretty clearly.
