Hello, not sure if this leaf tip curl is over feeding as bottom leaves on plant are yellowing, what do you think?
Mr Nice SSH on day 70 of flower, feeding half strength AN Sensi Bloom. On alternative waterings adding about 1ml/5L of Canna Mono magnesium which is a tiny amount, maybe I should add more? Dosage instructions are 1-2ml per 1L

Thanks for any opinions

Day 70 of flower?? How many days till done?

If it's that late into flower dropping bottom leaves is normal.

Not sure, will go 12 weeks at least, it’s more the curling leaf tips I’m concerned about, I’ve upped the magnesium dosage to see if that helps

Do you do something for salt buildup? I'm just wondering if that's a problem in other words if a flush is needed depending on what your medium and method is. I don't know but was thinking that was something I didn't do when things were going south and they kept going that way.

no i don't do any flushing, i feed via autopots (bottom feed) so maybe it doesn't affect me as much? I have been adding magnesium every feed and the plant seems to have stabilised but watching it closely, if it starts showing signs of other defs then I will flush - thank you

Possible rootbound. Take a knife and cut through the roots about halfway between the plant and the side of the container.

Are you using alot of bloom booster? K can lockout magnesium. Adding magnesium to feed wont do much if this is the case??

im on half strength nutes so i wouldn't say that's excessive?

here are some latest pics, leaf margins start to turn red

and seeing the odd completely yellow leaf here and there - looks more like N def to me as opposed to Mag?

overall I guess they look ok at this stage, just gone through 12 weeks

If you are only using half strength nutes and have leaf tip burn, i would personally think a flush is in need.

I would like to but the problem is I can't get the plant out of there because it is too big, are there any other solutions rather than flushing? by the way, I use autopots so the plant is bottom fed, thanks

Sorry yosim, ive never grown with bottom fed autopots before so cant offer any guidance there...... but id say itl be the same as standard pots, just have to put something underneath to collect all the runoff.
