Looks completely normal it'll be fine in a few days. The white stuff is normal on fresh sprouts.

no if to wet will mold see it on top

Personally I think it's getting too much water. Cotyledons look like that when the roots are struggling to get oxygen in my experience. I keep my soil just barely damp enough. I actually let the soil go dry for a day and let the soil get some oxygen, even better if you have a little air flow around and my sprouts are always very dark green and he

Root damage makes the leaves turn purple how would I go by fixing the situations
