looks like early nute burn to me.
try flushing your plants well. use 3x the amount of water to flush them that your pot would hold (I.E. if your pots are 5 gallon, flush with 15 gallons of water), given then a few days to start drying back out and water them with a good fertilizer. this will generally take care of most problems.
in 30+ years, ive never had a plant grown in soil that had problems with mag,potassium, zinc,ect deficiencies.
