Leaf problem. Yellow with curled tips

Hey guys please take a look at the picture here I have found a few leaves this morning two days after watering with light nutrients and out of the three plants only one of them had a few leaves as I’m showing you here turning yellow with the Tips curling up what’s going on thanks
