I was thinking calcium issue based on a leaf diagnosis website.
I use r.o. water but i always add 25 ml of cal mag per 5 gallon bucket

Since I see also a little of leaf curl, Im betting this is it (calciumdef), did u bring that water down to 6.4 at least (ph)? To fix, keep giving calmag but bring your water down to 6 for a couple of days.

on coco or hydro, maybe up the calmag to 30 ml to 5 gallon, plants need more calmag on these media.
