I think I butchered my babies. Can anyone tell me what I I did wrong and did this damage my plants

I'm in week four of flowering and I noticed some of the leaves curling under and bending downward. I also noticed they are not growing as fast

No he must be from Az, I would like to advise you but until you turn the hps off, we can;t see a thing?
