I have a couple plants and the fan leaves on all of them tend to turn yellow and break out in brown spots. This is only happening on the bottom most fan leaves. Plants are about 5 weeks. I have a 400 watt HPS about 1 foot away from the tops of the plants. No foilage burn. Temp is 78-82 during light; 67-72 during dark. Constant fan running on plants only during Light. I was wondering if this a nute problem, humidity etc. or just something that happens naturally. I do not have the tools to checks humidity or nutrient levels individually.
The nutes i use is a plant food: 10-15-10. I started off with half the recommended amount and noticed the problem. I have been increasing the amount and i am now using just slightly over double the recommended amount and nothing changed with the few bottom leaves...The plant is growing more than what is dieing off but want to fix it if i can.
