This could be from heat stress. From the look of the plants in the pictures, they look like they are from seed. I would say check for russet mites but if you popped these from seed and don't have any other plants around highly unlikely they are russets. If they are clones you got then I would get a 100x scope and check for Russet Mites. Russets are really small and you can't see them like the two-spotted mite with the naked eye. Russets usually hang around the nodes and new growth of the plant.

They are clones, I don’t got them I got a scope
And nothing I do spray once a week no matter what. The other ones are fine just the same strain. The weather had been mid 80’s
