leaf burn!

I have just lifted my plans up to fill up the water (NFT system) and 2 on the leaves just hit the bulb and started to go limp.... is this ok? anything I can do about it?

Usually when a leaf is burned it will not repair itself. If it is not burned too badly it will continue to store energy for the plant.

it started to go brown and die so i removed it, is this ok?
