Anybody every been busted in the Mid Atlantic states? How harsh are the penalties for being caught growing weed (no prior offenses) in your state?. The state I happen to live pretty much fucks you for anything over 5g for possession or cultivation. Funny as hell, but according to what I've found on the internet (and/or other sources), the penalty for 5g to fucking 10lbs is the same. 5g compared to 10lbs, how the fuck does that shit work out?
