We already went over this when I used your beautiful mom as an example. You forget rather quickly I see. Would you want someone to defend your mother if EVERY place she went in the deep south told her that they don't serve bitches and to get the fuck out.
She enters a public restaurant and sits at the counter. restaurant owner tells her to get her bitch ass out and come to the back for her meal. She enters a drug store. They straight up refuse to serve and just say " bitch get out ". She tries to get a hotel room for the night...Bitch get out.
She tries everywhere and either is told to get her bitch ass out or come to the back for service. Would you want a law to change this behavior towards your beautiful mom or would you just be frustrated .
I would not employ systemic violence to solve systemic violence. Since it is an application of offensive force, (which is wrong) rather than defensive force, (acceptable).
Jim Crow laws were horrible, because they forcibly prevented people who wished to associate from doing so. They were an example of offensive force via government.
The solution is mutual respect for self determination, which isn't created by forcible association. It is a freedom based concept, which might be why it is a foreign concept to you, given the depth of your brain washing.
So, you still haven't told me why you'd force a black guy to serve you, if he preferred not to. Do you have the right to force somebody to serve you ? I don't have or want that "right". Where does it come from ?
