Late Dope

Alright so i had like 12 plants outside and around half of them got eaten. so i decided to plant a couple g13 seeds that i had (6) and i was wondering if i planted them outside if they would bud fully and just be small or if they wouldnt bud properly.
please help.

A little late. They will be small from all the advice I hear. But should make a crop of some kind.
