Last week of flowering.

I'm on my last week of flowering (12th) and now I'm getting a buttload of yellow leaves with dark spots. Im 6 days of flushing with just water away from harvest. I've been told that this is a natural occurence and the plant is now feeding off of itself. However if anyone knows for sure I would love to hear from them. Thanks for your help in advance as it is more than appreciated.

Totally normal, the plant is getting ready to ripen, putting all it's energy into those fat buds. The fan leaves should turn yellow and fall off while the bud leave should curl up into the bud. Can you check the trichomes with a microscope?

Thank you for your reply Chiceh, Some are clear. Most are white. it's a satava so i need to harvest before they darken to much. the bottom buds look more ready than the tops. should I harvest them separately?

If there is that much a difference in maturity between the top buds and the bottom, then yes, you can harvest separately. Although, I would recommend cutting the whole plant at once.

It all depends on the buzz you are after too. Cloudy trichomes means a real head buzz, while if you wait and let them get some amber colouring to them, it will be a couch lock body buzz.
Some sativas can take a long time to get there. Watch the trichomes daily.
I would cut the whole plant at the same time or you can alos sample some riper buds, it is up to you. :peace:
