last couple days of flowering?

I heard if you give the plants 2 days of no light the nugs will become more potent? is this true? there about ready to harvest in the next couple days. Should i do anything to my plants to help the nugs?

it depends on the strain you are growing. some plants it helps alot and some it doesnt. if you do this just give it 24 hrs of darkness. i did it with my plant.
