Larva in rapid rooters!?

So as I was inspecting a few clones that I took that didn't make it, I spotted some small transparent larva with black heads. They were super small but noticeable. I started breaking open a few others and i've spotted them in pretty much all of the cubes. Usually I have consistent 100% clone success so this must be the cause of some failure/slow root growth. Im curious as to what they are and where they came from. My best guess is that they are fungus gnat larvae because I have had some fungus gnats around, maybe they nested in my rapid rooter bag?. Im going to dump the clones and rapid rooters and just use an EZ Cloner instead of the dome. (I just borrowed one) I'll be purchasing one just to stay away from this issue. Any other guesses or experiences with this issue?

Nice aerocloner I picked up on Amazon for $50 + S/H. 21 site but really only 20 as the cord to the pump has to go down one. You have to adjust the nozzles possibly but very easy. Works like a charm.

Yes they are fungus gnat larvae ,, and they will kill your clones and seedlings
