LA chesse grow 2x600w Update EVERY 4 days.!!

  • Welcome all. this is my 5th grow im going to keep it short and sweet enjoy as i will be doing weekly update's,

    My Set Up:

    ((2x600w hps.))

    5inch carbon filter.

    2x 5inch INTAKE/OUTTAKE.

    1x 250w (blue spec) CFL.

    (120cm x 120cm x 200cm) budbox tent.

    Gold label special mix soil.


    Nutrients: bio-canna (ORGANIC)
    flores.
    vega.
    boost.
    (JUST BOUGHT SOME ​bud candy), if anyone has got experience with it let me know would love to know!



    STRAIN: im growing THREE (big buddah) LA CHESSE.

Sounds like you know ur stuff - the plants look good, very light green....what nutes are u using? How did ur previous grows go? 1200w HPS must have yielded huge!
LA cheese sounds like a sick strain ... I'd love to grow it but way too stinky.

yo bro, i previously grew LA chesse with no filter and it smelt my old house out really bad!, im useing bio-canna (good shit) and its organic i only used 1 600w last grow,
its a really nice strain tasted so nice thats why i bought more seeds to do this thread. yea mate you?
 
Sick ..I love the smelly gear...I just can't do it at the mo..check my grow out and you'll see why. I'm a mobile CFL op but it's going great - my first grow and the buds are starting to fill up nice now.
600w must be awesome... Bet you yeild a ton with that. I'm using bio bizz soil and nutes at the moment

i have had a look buddy i done the same as you for my first ever grow might not get alot but you do get some nice bud off cfl's i had 2x250w cfl and they worked great!,
haha i would if i could bro your first grow with bio-bizz? few people has sed they good lineup , if u can have a 600w in a future grow go for it! im onley doing 3 plants for medical reason's alot of people say it but i got a joint dissorder so weak joints lol:(, but your grow doing well mate keep me updated with some pics and thats :).
 
Yea, its only a small grow for myslef.......I dunno if you read my grow blog but I also have a med conditon, I have arthritis in my lower back - im only 27.
Yea, Bio Bizz been working a treat - I can't fault it. I got 3 plants, one not doing so great. If I get 2 O'z between the 3 I will be well chuffed.

Gonna get a 200w HPS next and use the CFL to veg.........Ideally I'd like to have a harvest every few months. Keep us updated and if u have pics of the past grows / buds then do share
 
oh i just read up now buddy not good painfull i bet:|, i got a flat joint sockett disorder cant remember the name its too long lol, i lost my last pictures of my la chesse due to new laptop :(! but i think i got a few of my first grows on my phone il upload in few days when i find my phone lead, if you got a budget grow i would personally do this... get a 250w hps or even a 400( 400 be perfect for 3 plants for personal use), buy a lil tent for the 3 plants i payed 80 pounds for my tent at the time (now i got a 1.2x1.2x2m tent witch was £120) obv intake/outtake, but if you cant aford all that stick to what your doing it worked with me cfls i had 2x250w red spec cfl's under 2x whiteRino and i pulled just over 2 ozes off 2 plants not good used shit feed(ionic) so do what works for your bro. some new pics SOON:D.
 
That's good info - cheers mate. I'd love to pull 2 ounces from the 3 I've got at the mo but its unrealistic. Il post some pics later..they have frosted up beautifully...covered in crystals.
Next grow...il do 200w CFL for veg and 200 HPS for flower...3 plants at a time and have a NL mother plant for clones. My mind been made up lol
yea, I wanna see what that cheese is like - it must smell. Il get NL next for low odor...I just wanna prove that good crops can b grown without all the air intakes/filters etc....I don't wanna invest too much into it
 
i dont blame you mate a freind of mine just harvested a blue mystic u under a 600w 1 plant and he pulled 4 oz for his first grow no fans nothing!
i think u could have close to 2 seroius be suprised when u cut it. get some pics up soon buddy.
 
UPDATE: Going to buy a cooltube lamp tomorrow readdy to take cfl out and replace with my 600w blue spec hps bulb so no heat problems as my room gets really warm pictures tomorrow of cooltube and it set up etc..




 
This may sound stupid but can you explain what a cool tube is and what it does? Is it a fixture for the reflective hood??

no bud its a complete new light set up bassicaly i got a carbon filter with my exhaust fan sucking through then going through my ''cool tube'' thenn out of my tent HERE'S A PIC. bastard thing to do on my own haha but no heat now and i can put my light closer to my bitches lol i think its awsome 55 pounds is cost not too bad as they were much more on the web, i have never USED bud candy before but alot of hype about it as its bassicaly (molasees-suger) that sweetens the plant and gives a bit of a boost but BUD CANDY has all the right vitamins etc etc have a read up bro i love the sound of it as im 90% organic as the feed go's u can go to (morrisons) or somewhere and pick up a tub of molases for about 60p just do some reserch if u cant afford BUD CANDY i know a few people that use molases and say its brill! but im going to go for bud candy its a flowering nute from week 1 - 6 enjoy a few pics plants starting to bush now :). more pictures soon.
