@kona gold @rikdabrick I'll be on Oahu (possibly Maui as well) in a few weeks. Would be cool to meet and swap bird food. I've got tons of beans from my own crosses. 1,000's from "Mystery" (Cherry Pie/Cookie precursor/cousin) x VOG/BOG/HPK/Purple Kush.

Not from the islands, but frequent visitor (married on Maui, Wailea).

Right on braddah. You're welcome to hit me up if you come to Maui. I'll have to see what I have for seeds. I usually plant a lot of them when Green Harvest isn't flying during the winter and I haven't made much of a stockpile yet, but I do have some. I think I should have some pretty good ones from the last round, but I can't remember what they were and I'm too lazy to go check the freezer ATM, ha ha. I was planning on making a bunch on this next round. And if you don't feel like flying with meds let me know. I'm pretty sure I can find some weed around here somewhere, ha ha :bigjoint:

Pua Mana seeds is 100% Fraud. Not legit in any sense. He lived in Hawaii for a few years going to school for journalism or some shit and made seed in his dorm closet. He bought weed from one of my good friends on Oahu all the time.

His stories are pure BS. He got banned from another forum after making up his own BS version of Hawaii cannabis history and getting called out for it by some old school members that have lived and grown in Hawaii since the 70's. He usually resorts to name calling and insults when someone that knows what they are talking about calls him out.

I did a bit of snooping and researching and I have a name and address (Kerry) wonder if that is bogus too. Federal Fraud is a bad career move...Karma is a bitch

The name is correct. A few people have said their seeds were shipped from Oregon. The old website was literally registered to a dorm room in Hawaii.

I normally wouldn't fuss over some new fly by night seed company, but I take offense when some foreigner moves here and starts making up fake stories to sell his gear while verbally disrespecting the locals and Old timers that have been putting in work for a long time.

Well stating authentic Hawaiian landrace genetics and getting genetics of Bush Columbian, Guatamalian and Pakistan mix is just plain bogus. I guess the closest we will ever get to true Maui Wowie genetics will be Swami's Cherry Bomb.

Depends what you are looking for. I’m not aware of anybody still working with old Hawaiian Sativas.
Only company I know of that is commercial available is Pakalōlō seed co out of Molokai, I think they had stuff for sale on firestax and seed vault.

Most Hawaii growers are growing the same stuff everyone else grows...og’, Diesel’s, cookies, etc. Lot of the popular clone only strains have been brought in. There are some dank modern Hawaiian hybrids like Skunkdog, hp13, Hawaiian Punch, puna Diese, Lilikoi, etc. but only available as clones.

I miss that Pua Mana guy. His pidgin English and all. If you talkin like dat on da islands auntie and uncles will give you ass a lickin, haole! I was always wary of him but hopeful that his tall tales were true.

I do know the Hawaiian smoke I had from long ago was psychedelic shit. Made objects appear to shimmer, very potent. Not like the stuff I get here in cali, which is potent but not trippy. I have no idea why they want to grow OG and all the stuff from cali in Hawaii when they had those exquisite sativas already.

I've grown tga Ace of Spades, and it produces purple/pink sap that smells and tastes like cherry/lemon. It's from the "black cherry soda" mother I'm sure. I just bought 50 seeds to find that phenotype(found in a 5 pack in 2012) I used to have. It should make excellent to rosin.

Tbh, it would be hell if all i had access to was old school hawaiian sativa crosses. Hard to sleep on that shit, normally too much of an electrifying/exciting high.

I'll be honest i dont think i can live without some good indica flowers.
