know growing guide with prices?

I'm looking for some sort of instructional video for growing. and YES!i did google and i usualy don't use forums for my problems but this is my final resort
anyway...I have about $300
and am geting more therefore i need something i can add on to
The room will be a 14x12 room with no carpet(just concrete) or objects to get in the way.There is also a slide door leading outside. i was thinking along the lines of hydropinics. the biggest pain is well, I like to plan things out before I start a project, so I need a helpfull resource that can estimate how much I will need to get starded.I am one of those people who need to be told steps step by step.Maintaining my plants shouldn't be a problem though.

If your budgeting I'd go for a CFL grow cheap bulbs and they actually produce a nice harvest get your self some decent seeds offline also some cfl lights and read the cfl section :) I hope I helped :) if you need any further help pm me :) peace budup16
