I had some kief from a white strain setting around and thought I might try my hand at cooking.
I took the kief, put it in a Pyrex wt lid and put it in my convection oven @200f for 1 hour.
then I took roughly a pint of half and half put it in a glass double boiler added about 1 1/4 tsp of the kief.
I turned the dial to sim and set the timer for 4 hours storing every 20 minutes or so. The kief compleatly desolved leaving the 1/2 & 1/2 slightly discolored. I added a tiny amount of vanilla extract and then stirred in the chocolate syrup. QUESTION: should it have such a pungent smell? Also im really not sure if I should drink it all at once. I would appreciate any feed back. Thnx!
